  • E-commerce Website Development

  • Web Application Development

The details shown on the website are not a final project agreement. Every project may have different requirements, pricing, timelines, features, and deliverables.

A formal project only begins after both Eleven Builds and the client agree on the project scope, pricing, timeline, payment terms, and deliverables.

04

Project Inquiries

When you submit a project inquiry through our website, you are requesting communication or consultation regarding a potential project.

Submitting a project inquiry does not mean:

  • Eleven Builds has accepted the project
  • A formal agreement has been created
  • Pricing has been finalized
  • Delivery timelines have been confirmed
  • Work has started

A project will only be considered confirmed after both parties agree on the required details, including project scope, cost, timeline, payment structure, and responsibilities.

05

Quotes and Pricing

Any quote, estimate, or price shared by Eleven Builds is based on the information provided by the client at that time.

Pricing may depend on:

  • Project type
  • Number of pages
  • Design complexity
  • Features and functionality
  • Content requirements
  • Timeline
  • Technology stack
  • Revisions
  • Integrations
  • Maintenance or support needs

If the project requirements change after the quote is shared, the pricing and timeline may also change.

Eleven Builds has the right to revise pricing if the client requests additional pages, features, design changes, integrations, or work that was not included in the original scope.

06

Project Scope

The project scope defines what will be included in the project.

This may include:

  • Number of pages
  • Website sections
  • Design requirements
  • Development features
  • Forms
  • E-commerce features
  • Admin panels
  • Integrations
  • Revisions
  • Testing
  • Deployment
  • Maintenance or support

Only the items clearly agreed in the project scope will be included in the project.

Any extra work outside the agreed scope may require additional charges and additional time.

07

Client Responsibilities

To complete a project properly, the client may be required to provide necessary information, content, access, and approvals.

The client may need to provide:

  • Business information
  • Brand details
  • Logo
  • Images
  • Website content
  • Product details
  • Service descriptions
  • Contact information
  • Domain or hosting access, if needed
  • Reference websites or design preferences
  • Feedback and approvals on time

Delays in providing required information, content, access, or feedback may delay the project timeline.

Eleven Builds is not responsible for delays caused by incomplete information, late feedback, missing content, or delayed approvals from the client.

08

Content Provided by the Client

The client is responsible for ensuring that any content provided to Eleven Builds is accurate, legal, and authorized for use.

This includes:

  • Text
  • Images
  • Logos
  • Videos
  • Product information
  • Brand assets
  • Documents
  • Testimonials
  • Third-party materials
  • Any other content shared for the project

The client must make sure they have the right to use any content, images, trademarks, or materials they provide.

Eleven Builds is not responsible for copyright, trademark, or legal issues caused by client-provided content.

09

Revisions and Changes

Revisions will depend on the project agreement.

A revision means a reasonable change or improvement to already agreed work. It does not mean a complete change in direction, new design style, new pages, or additional features unless agreed separately.

Examples of normal revisions may include:

  • Text adjustments
  • Image changes
  • Minor layout improvements
  • Color adjustments
  • Small section edits
  • Button or CTA changes

Examples of changes that may require extra charges include:

  • Adding new pages
  • Adding new features
  • Changing the full design direction
  • Rebuilding completed sections
  • Adding e-commerce functionality
  • Adding custom dashboards or web app features
  • Adding third-party integrations
  • Major content restructuring

Eleven Builds may charge separately for work that is outside the agreed scope.

10

Project Timelines

Project timelines are based on the agreed scope and the information available at the start of the project.

Timelines may be affected by:

  • Delayed client feedback
  • Missing content
  • Changes in project scope
  • Additional feature requests
  • Technical issues
  • Third-party platform delays
  • Domain or hosting issues
  • Payment delays

Eleven Builds will aim to complete projects within the agreed timeline, but timelines may change if the project requirements or client response time change.

11

Payments

Payment terms will be discussed and agreed before starting a confirmed project.

Depending on the project, Eleven Builds may require:

  • Advance payment
  • Milestone-based payment
  • Partial payment before development
  • Final payment before launch or handover
  • Monthly payment for maintenance or support

Work may be paused if payments are delayed.

Final files, website access, deployment, or handover may be held until agreed payments are completed.

12

Cancellations

If a client wants to cancel a project after work has started, the client may still be responsible for payment for the work already completed or time already spent.

The exact cancellation terms may depend on the project agreement, payment structure, and stage of work completed.

Eleven Builds may also cancel or refuse a project if:

  • The client provides false information
  • The client requests illegal or harmful work
  • The client repeatedly delays required communication
  • The client does not follow agreed payment terms
  • The project becomes unworkable due to unclear or changing requirements
  • The client behaves abusively or unprofessionally

13

Refunds

Refunds are not automatically guaranteed.

Refunds, if applicable, will depend on:

  • The project agreement
  • The payment stage
  • The amount of work already completed
  • Resources already used
  • Time already spent
  • Third-party costs already paid
  • Reason for cancellation

Payments made for completed work, planning, design, development, consultation, third-party tools, domain, hosting, plugins, themes, or other external costs may not be refundable.

Refund terms should be confirmed separately for each project where needed.

14

Third-Party Costs

Some projects may require third-party services or tools.

These may include:

  • Domain registration
  • Website hosting
  • Premium themes
  • Plugins
  • APIs
  • Payment gateways
  • Stock images
  • Email tools
  • Analytics tools
  • E-commerce platforms
  • Third-party integrations

Unless clearly agreed otherwise, third-party costs are the client's responsibility.

Eleven Builds is not responsible for price changes, service interruptions, account issues, or policy changes caused by third-party providers.

15

Website Launch and Handover

Website launch and handover may include:

  • Final testing
  • Deployment support
  • Domain connection guidance
  • Hosting setup guidance
  • Basic walkthrough
  • Delivery of agreed files or access
  • Transfer of agreed assets

Final handover may only happen after the agreed payment has been completed.

After handover, the client is responsible for managing access, passwords, website content, hosting renewal, domain renewal, and third-party accounts unless ongoing maintenance has been agreed with Eleven Builds.

16

Maintenance and Support

Website maintenance and support are separate from the original project unless included in the agreed package.

Maintenance may include:

  • Text updates
  • Image changes
  • Minor design changes
  • Bug fixes
  • Plugin or theme updates
  • Form testing
  • Basic website checks
  • Small improvements

Maintenance does not automatically include major redesigns, new pages, new features, e-commerce expansion, custom development, or emergency support unless agreed separately.

If the client needs ongoing support, a monthly or project-based maintenance plan may be discussed.

17

Intellectual Property and Ownership

Unless otherwise agreed, ownership of the final approved website or project deliverables may be transferred to the client after full payment is completed.

However, Eleven Builds may retain rights to:

  • Internal processes
  • General design methods
  • Reusable code patterns
  • Development techniques
  • Templates or frameworks created before the project
  • General knowledge and skills used during the project
  • Non-client-specific components

The client must not claim ownership of Eleven Builds' internal tools, reusable systems, or pre-existing materials unless specifically agreed in writing.

Client-provided content, logos, brand assets, and business information remain the client's property.

18

Unless the client requests otherwise in writing, Eleven Builds may display completed work in its portfolio, website, social media, proposals, or marketing material.

This may include:

  • Case study-style summaries
  • Public website link

Eleven Builds will not intentionally share confidential business information, private login details, sensitive data, or internal client documents.

If a client does not want their project shown publicly, they should inform Eleven Builds before project completion or handover.

Confidential information may include:

  • Business plans
  • Private documents
  • Login details
  • Internal processes
